The hotel was nice, and I chose to stay here as I wanted a change from another location. The check-in process was fast since I had a VIP booking. The resort was well-maintained, and I felt really safe during my stay. There were so many food options available, especially high-end seafood and wine, which was really nice. Approximately 95 percent of the staff were friendly and accommodating. The resort was very clean and peaceful, despite its large size. There were plenty of pools available to accommodate the guests. The drinks served were also good overall it was sn amazing experience.

we had a black wristband which gave us access to everything expect a few paid for options. all the food offerings were great. Whitebox was the best for food and cocktails with super friendly staff. pool party each day and entertainment every night. we left the complex a couple of times to party into the night but overall was good. entertainers were very good too!

I liked everything! The property looks exactly like on the pictures. I lived in the main building. It’s very beautiful. The view from the windows is beautiful on all sides. The staff is super friendly and always helpful. The restaurants are delicious and there’s a huge variety of them and food is available all the time non stop in various places. And I would say that some dishes there are the best I’ve ever tried. And all of these was included in my stay, I had a black bracelet. I never had to pay for anything in the hotel area.

The grounds of the hotel are beautiful. The Pyramid restaurant and entertainment areas are great. Great location, beach is nice. There's app that's great to speak to the concierge and check what shows are happening etc

Pools and grounds were very clean and well kept! Staff and service were excellent and helpful. Signed up for two day trips through the hotel and were a good value! Recommend taking the Isla Mujeres catamaran trip, it was the highlight of our vacation.
